The process of checking out is extremely simple:

1. Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. You will be taken to the shopping cart to view your order.
2. If you would like to purchase more products click on "« Continue Shopping" and you will be taken back to the item you just purchased, and from there you can continue your shopping.
3. If you have finished shopping and would like to check out click on "Proceed to Checkout".
4. On the next page you will be asked to either log in with an existing account (if you have previously shopped at Scent of Jerusalem), or you will be asked to enter an email address. Enter your email, click the checkbox marked "I am a new customer", and then click "Continue".
5. If you are a new customer you will now be taken to the billing address page. (returning customers will automatically bypass this stage). Please enter your detailed billing information, a password for your new Scent of Jerusalem account, and click "Continue".
6. On the shipping page you will be given an option to select your preferred shipping method. You can also change your shipping address if it is different from your billing address. Please click "Continue Checkout" once you're ready to proceed.
7. On the payment method page you will be presented with the billing address you entered earlier. You can change it by clicking on "change your address". Below the billing address you will be presented with two payment methods: credit card (using Netpay) and Paypal.
8. Please choose your preferred payment method and enter all the required details. Gift certificates can be redeemed by clicking on the "Have a gift certificate?" button. Click "Continue Checkout" once you're ready to continue.
9. On the order confirmation page you will be presented with all your order details, including billing and shipping addresses, shipping method, payment method, the items you purchased and the price of your order. If you have any comments or order instructions you can enter them in the "Instructions or Order Comments" section. Once you're happy with your order, please click "Confirm The Order" in order for us to receive your order.

Scent of Jerusalem accepts Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Credit card transactions are processed by Netpay. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

No tax! Scent of Jerusalem will cover all local sales tax (when applicable). Duty and customs fees (when applicable) are responsibility of the recipient.

All prices are in US Dollars. When you pay with PayPal you can choose other currencies.

Scent of Jerusalem products are subject to change in prices primarily because foreign currency fluctuation affects their price in dollars. At the same time, artisans establish their own prices and occasionally change them based on market conditions.

All our credit card payments are processed by Netpay. During checkout you will presented with two payment options (on the payment page): Credit card payments (using Netpay), and Paypal. If you would like to pay by credit card please click the "Netpay" payment method and enter the credit card details as they are written on your card.

You can pay with Visa or MasterCard.

For your safety and security, Netpay requires that you enter your card verification number, if one is available. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

Scent of Jerusalem uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your sensitive personal information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your transaction is delivered via a secured, encrypted transmission. For your protection, never put your credit card number or other sensitive information in unencrypted email.

For added security, we use a trusted third party, Netpay, to process all credit card transactions. At no time do we store your credit card information on our system, and none of our employees have access to your credit card number. You will know that you are on an SSL secured page when the lock icon on the bottom of your web browser (such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer) becomes locked.
