Answers
Do you sell wholesale?Yes, we sell our items at wholesale prices to churches, distributors, wholesalers and retailers. If you are interested in a wholesale account please refer to our wholesale information page
What are your payment options?Scent of Jerusalem accepts credit card or PayPal. Credit card transactions are processed by Netpay. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
Do I have to pay sales tax?No tax! Scent of Jerusalem will cover all local sales tax (when applicable). Duty and customs fees (when applicable) are responsibility of the recipient.
What currencies do you accept?All prices are in US Dollars. When you pay with PayPal you can choose other currencies.
What is your policy regarding prices?Scent of Jerusalem products are subject to change in prices primarily because foreign currency fluctuation affects their price in dollars. At the same time, artisans establish their own prices and occasionally change them based on market conditions.
How do I pay with Credit Card?Click on our "Add to Shopping Cart" button and you will be adding the item to the shopping cart. Click on "Continue shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout" if you have finished shopping. After you click "Proceed to Checkout" you will be asked to either log in to an existing account or create a new account by entering your customer and billing information. You will be given an option to select your preferred shipping method and then payment method. After selecting your choice of payment method you will be connected via a secure (SSL) connection with Netpay and all information will be transmitted in an encrypted form. You should see a small key (Netscape) or lock (IE) indicating that your browser is communicating securely.
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
For your safety and security, Netpay requires that you enter your card verification number, if one is available. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.
Is it safe to place an order online?Scent of Jerusalem uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your sensitive personal information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your transaction is delivered via a secured, encrypted transmission. For your protection, never put your credit card number or other sensitive information in unencrypted email.
For added security, we use a trusted third party, Netpay, to process all credit card transactions. At no time do we store your credit card information on our system, and none of our employees have access to your credit card number. You will know that you are on an SSL secured page when the lock icon on the bottom of your web browser (such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer) becomes locked.
